First threre is few factions who shoot at you if you wear BoS armors. Second, BoS don't shoot if you bring Lily to Hidden Valley.I dunno I've been shot on sight on the console version for having Raul as a companion, no faction armour and idolized by bos. I told Raul to wait, and the bos stopped shooting me.This was maybe a bug that was since fixed, as I've never walked into bos with a mutant companion since then, and this happened like the first month the game was released.And as bos, the legion and ncr shoot you on sight, which is pretty much every settlement in the game.
