I attempted to run Amazon Assistant, which actually loads an install wizard to install the program itself. I figure i could likely just go ahead and install the program and then use the uninstall wizard but i want to see if there is any other way around it.For now i have disabled Internet Explorer 11 since it wasn't any use anyways (i use vivaldi as my default browser) and of course to stop the adds. This seems to have partially worked,.Any help about this would be appreciated. Its not really anything more than a minor inconvenience as i can just ignore the errors on startup but i would think that this should be something relatively easy to fix. Update: After a couple of hours of usage my internet sometimes disconnects itself which can only be fixed by restarting, however when i try to restart i still get the errors when it tries to load the adds. This has been happening for a few months now but i always assumed it was just an issue with having an unstable connection. Could this be caused by something else?I do scans daily with avast and malwarebytes (standard free versions) and they've never found anything beyond mostly harmless PUPs which have been quarantined anyways just to be sure.I do however share this with another family member so it is possible that person has somehow infected the PC, but i use addblock and i don't see any suspicious programs installed or any suspicious websites in the search history which leads me to believe this is likely just a bug.
It's always a possibility however that this is something else so if anything else suspicious happens i will report it here.
