It does this for free!I tested a lot of plugins for generating maps and I can truly recommand this one: it is free, it uses OSM, it has a ton of functions, and you don't need any keys. However, I would not rate the plugin as extremely userfriendly, the documentation is quite confusing, especially if you are new to html, kml etc.I use it mainly to display my kml files, for that it works perfect!
